Hi, I’m Rebecca Reppucci, creator of Rebecca’s Best Recipes. Welcome to my kitchen! I’m so excited to share my cooking adventure with you. For me, it’s all about creating delicious recipes using whole foods so you can feel your best!

I am a devoted wife and proud mom of two grown sons and enjoy learning about eating “clean” and developing recipes that everyone can enjoy and feel good about eating. Just a heads up though, some of the recipes may be considered “indulgences,” but sometimes you simply need to splurge! We all have those moments, so go ahead and splurge.

I am also a retired registered nurse turned food blogger. I’ve always believed eating well is one of the key ingredients to feeling your best. In order to do this, I will show you how to create tasty recipes using mainly whole ingredients that you easily will be able to make on your own.

To make a long story short, I’ve been cooking for as long as I can remember. Even as a young child, I could be seen in the kitchen helping my mom. Sometimes, I even had to stand on a chair to reach the top of the stove, like in this photo!!

So, here at Rebecca’s Best Recipes, you’ll learn inventive ways to prepare scrumptious meals that are as wholesome as they are delicious. You will also learn how to make recipes with everyday ingredients to create simple recipes for weeknights or more elaborate ones for serving to dinner guests.

Since preparing a meal should be enjoyable, I will also show you cooking and baking tips along with detailed steps for the recipes. This makes meal prep easier, more organized and faster. I will show you how to substitute ingredients to create new recipes that make you feel your best. This is a very important aspect of my cooking style, and you will learn very quickly how to do this too.

The Vision Behind My Blog

My journey with food took a new direction after giving birth to our sons. I developed many food sensitivities. It took many months to understand why this was happening after my pregnancies. This personal experience became the driving force behind Rebecca’s Best Recipes.

I struggled many years of my life with food sensitivities before I discovered what needed to be changed. I had to reinvent recipes and figure out how to make them not only tasty, but also wholesome and digestible. To my surprise, making a few tweaks to recipes, replacing them with “better for you” alternative ingredients, everything changed – I was able to enjoy food again! This became my new way of cooking. So, are you ready to learn my secrets to making these delicious recipes?
